The PURE Programme.

The Programme for Upgrading Roads Efficiency (PURE) was a national push to rehabilitate Trinidad's deteriorating road network — and Kallco was one of its most active contractors.

Across three years, our crews milled, stabilised, paved, and re-marked road after road, from busy urban corridors to rural access routes. Each package moved through the same disciplined sequence: assess the existing pavement, correct the sub-structure, lay hot-mix asphalt from our own plant, then reinstate drainage, kerbing, and markings.

Working within a government programme meant meeting strict specifications and tight reporting on every single package, while keeping traffic moving and communities open throughout construction. Delivering 200-plus of them, on schedule, is the clearest measure of what our team can sustain at scale.
